Joonhyung Lim, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Joonhyung Lim is a finance expert with extensive experience in investment, finance management, and corporate legal affairs over 25 years. He graduated from Kyungpook National University, majoring in Economics. Before he joined EncuraGen, he served various companies, including Korea Long-term Credit Bank, Archon Korea LLC, and DR&AJU Law Firm, with elevated management responsibilities.

Pablo Lapuerta, M.D in Endocrinology, Chief Scientific Advisor
Dr. Lapuerta has extensive leadership experience in the biotechnology industry in the field of clinical development, medical affairs , safety and pharmacy monitoring, outcome research and research and regulatory affairs in several disease franchises over the last 30 years. He is currently CEO of Consulting LLC and a Chief Scientific Advisor at EncuraGen. After graduating a medical degree at Harvard University and Doctor of Medicine at the same university, he holds a Medical License in Endocrinology and has published 105 papers.

Kwanghyun Lee, M.D., Ph.D., Scientific Advisor in Ophthalmology
Dr. Kwanghyun Lee has conducted extensive scientific research and clinical practice in Ophthalmology, as a specialist in glaucoma, since he graduated from Yonsei University Medical School.
Currently, he serves for NHIS Ilsan Hospital as an assistant professor.
Also, he is a regular member of the Korean Glaucoma Society and the Korean Ophthalmological Society.
